Canadian Permanent Residence Skilled Worker Case under Appeal: Leave Granted

Hi Mary,

Thank for you the amazing news!

The hair on my arm actually stood up when I read it. I can’t begin to explain how much this means to me. Thank you so much for you help with this. Things are looking up. PLEASE let me know how I can help build our case as strong as possible for our April court date for the Skilled Worker Appeal.

Also, as far as the April court date goes, will a decision be made on that on my case?

Thank you again Mary. Thank you for your persistence and hard work. I feel like if we work together on this case we can win! I am so happy, you’ve filled my week with happiness. Thank you so much!

Matt
