Renewal of Permanent Resident Card for U of T Professor

Dear Colleagues

I had a half hour consultation with Mr Fadi Minawi this morning – he was polite, knowledgeable and helpful – I was having difficulty finding out if the renewal of my US Permanent resident card (green card) had been approved, and he was able to get the information for me very quickly and phone me back to let me know the number I could call to get help in having the renewed card dispatched to me.

This has saved me a lot of anxiety and hassle, and the renewed green card is now on the way to my sister’s address in the U.S. Fadi let me know it could not be forwarded to a Canadian address.

Many thanks from Ruth, a professor at UT who spends part of every year in the U.S. with her American husband.

Hi Ruth, We are thrilled it all worked out for you. Best of luck in the US!
